We decided carpets needed to be cleaned in the middle of moving into a house. The carpet looked clean, but my wife was getting a lot of dirt and cat hair in the vacuum canister. Kids' socks were quickly turning brown. NW Carpet were able to schedule quickly. They moved furniture around and were careful to put wooden chair legs on plastic sheets or foam blocks to avoid any moisture damage. We don't wear shoes in the house and walk around with socked or bare feet, so we really appreciated the clean carpets when they finished. The crew were courteous and professional. I would certainly recommend this company.
